i thought all of them had staples in them, but also had safety triggers that would make them not fire unless in the right hands. notice he didn't let anyone else use the "empty" staple guns. he also didn't show the chambers of the "empty" ones. that would've been my guess
@vtpguitarist - He didn't. Hole in the back, hollow torso, adhesive pad on the inside of the chest. He just presses the chest of the bear, and it sticks to the board. If he wants to be neat, the chest of the bear will also have a staple pre-applied.
