Scrubs,palpation,and tape jobs all leave something to be desired all you have to do in this video is move wrong and were looking at a infiltration and the needle coming out of the vein.

Hey! I am a phlebotomist in Oregon. I work in a plasma donation center. After watching all the videos here, I see one thing thats done that is clearly stated in SOP that you DO NOT REPALPATE the injection site...and some of the scrubs leave a lot to be desired...read the SOP boys and girls...

It doesnt hurt just a little pinch, but then it depends on who pokes you, they are usually really good at it.
