  • eh

  • In England we do grades D E F G H I (I being the lowest) through to National C, then Fig B and Fig A

  • Legs together ;)

  • Pretty good but you do it really low. You should jump higher

  • I want to compete in this!! how can I find a gym near me?? And is this part of gymnastics

  • That was.... Bad

  • you need to lift more in your moves and somersaults and dont forget to take your time and please dont say i am having a go at you cos im not its just i coach it a my club and just my way of trying to help

  • @beautyrose2308 No problem you are right she did need to correct those things. This was only her second season in Trampoline, she has improved very much in the past two years. She will be competing this weekend in her first meet for the 2012 season and I will have her videos up after that. Thanks for the constructive comments though.

  • i could have done all of that easily.

  • its a weird system cause in australia (where i live after level 6 its just age competition ?

  • @tumblefan101 yer i no i live in Australia as well and this is a level 3A routine !

  • I did very well for my first meet! I got third in doublemini, second in floor, and fourth in trampoline!

  • I'm confused by the whole level system.....I think I must be working on level 6 right now by the levels used by everyone who posts videos on youtube (all the ones I've watched were american I think) but in my club I just passed level 8???

How many levels are there in the system you do?

Oh, and by the way, this is amazing, great job! :)

  • @fluffyhuny There is 3 different groups for Trampoline & Tumbling. I compete USAG, but there is also USTA & AAU. They all have different rules & routines. USAG goes from level1 thru 10; then JR. & Senior Elite. Usually though you don't start to compete til you can do level 6. Thanks for the compliment. Good luck to you on your season.

  • @isenberg291 Ohhh I see! Yeah I think there actually isn't a proper system in Ireland (where I live!) so I think the levels I do are just ones made up by my club!

    Thanks! :D

  • @fluffyhuny That is cool, I have made it to level 8 this year so it should be more interesting since we get to make up an optional routine at that level. So what club do you train with in Ireland?

  • @isenberg291 Oh wow congratulations on making level 8!!! I'd love to see a video of your optional routine when you make it! :) My optional is just the same as my set routine, but I don't do any proper competitions just little in-club comps!

I train with Supersonic Trampoline Club, it's just a small club with 4 trampolines, they rent a section of a leisure centre's hall for the classes, but I love it! :)

It's definitely the best sport on the planet!

  • Good job, I think your arms were in the right places at the right time! I am a level six this year and have my first competition this weekend, how did you do?

  • @powergirl3816

how did youd do in your comp ?!?! x

  • I remember this meet. That trampoline was very horrible.

  • that was very pore posture and you weren't staying tight enough.

    but good job :)
