I've taken yoga but I forgot how to do the sun salutation, I have a book showing the sequences but it's not the same as watching someone do it. I'm going to get back into it now by following you. i had to learn this in grade 7 for the IBO dance class
UGH!
it was really easy
but i hated doing it
i didint feel any strain, and i got bored haha
