@anishmonteiro Both of those guitars don't exactly appeal to the metal market but they will both do the trick for you if you are just starting to play. I learned on a Stratocaster (Fender) and it was a great intro guitar. I think the better deal for you is the Epiphone Stratocaster with the Amp considering its in good condition since its used. Not really sure the price of a Epiphone Strat in America but I know that for a Squier Telecaster your looking at 200-250 dollars for the guitar.
