Themistocles Magriotis as far as I know took lessons by Hans Swarowsky in Vienna who had taught him conducting during 70s. He also had a good relationship with H.v.Karajan. His style carries on Vienna tradition and mostly he is conducting by heart. This concert at Ioannina was one of the few rare public presentations of Magriotis in Greece. Amazing!!
