just google it,thoosje vista startbar for xp...i have better upgrades than he on this video...much better...my xp is almost like vista,and no file cant cause system of my xp..its awesome..if u need help just assk me..,

its a thing called Vista Bricopak. it changes your windows shell to look like vista.

That's not Vista on XP, it's some graphics to make it look like Vista, that's a substantial difference.
