@europe0wnz ha your the retard. ya you can get fuel in the lines. I have been a mechanic for many years and live in a cold state. Ive seen this before. at extreme low temps the ethanol in the fuel will not keep water from freezing.
try using HEAT in the gas tank. Water froze in your gas tank lines, causing no fuel to the throttle body. If not that, no spark. It was -22 here in SD and my 83 S15 took 8 pumps and started...barely

@michaelgy Your S15 has a carburetor, that's why it is a bit harder to start without foot-action!
