i viewed a few vids of rehmannia, who tries to integrate a standard raw food diet with tcm -- i think he's 80% raw. i know most 80/10/10ers are natural hygienists who are against herbs, as they feel natural processes shouldn't be meddled with. but i'm really interested if there are low-fat raw vegans/ fruitarians who are semi-natural-hygienists, i.e. they eat a natural diet & let nature take its course, but fine tune & help along with chinese herbs.
