Hello, You Guys did a Brake conversion on a 62 or 63 Buick awhile back, I was wondering if you also put an Air Ride Kit on that? If so, What system would I need for my 65 Wildcat 2 door Sport Coupe?
Thanks for all the helpful Videos by the way, They are really well done and very helpful....Keep up the good work!
cool have a look at some of the factory nuts on 3 of the 6 sides there will be a little stamp mark this indicates that it is a trycloptic lock nut the thread is kinda oval in shape if you dont want to see the plastic of the nylock nut
Those nuts are the best choice... I didn't know they were called "trycloptic"... that's the new word for the day. Thanks for that! We've used those alot, along with Jet Nut oval-shaped nuts on the 9" center section.
Great question... this video was the initial mock-up of the installation. For the final build, we used some nylocks, but mostly we used lock-tight and torqued all the bolts to factory specs.
Thats how it always go's with me. I get every thing put together then find something small I didn't do that makes me have to take everything apart and start over again! Merphys law is alive and well and living in my tool box!
i wish these videos were linked in order

Yeah, we re-spotted those areas in. Wished we would have caught it before we painted the chassis, but that's how it goes sometimes!
