@hideNghillie no they use qwerty keyboards. the words are typed in and then you press space bar and select the kanji charachter you wanted from a dropdown list - its actually a pretty cool system, using a regular keyboard to cater for a 3000plus character langauge. Im sure CHinese use the same system.
