I had to come back and write cause I cried the first time I saw this. I'm going through a similar situation right now so I understand completely. I'm actually crying right now, as I have been for the last 3 weeks...I guess the only thing I can say is what my friends tell me, that you have to take it one day at a time, or in my case, hour by hour. I am so sorry although I had nothing to do with the pain you're feeling. From what I gather you're looking for advice to deal with the pain and some of the ones already posted are pretty good. You need to go through this pain, you need to cry, be quiet and listen to yourself. You will soon learn that you deserved better and he was really your drug of choice. Yes you will feel a high but there will always be a crash. This pain will act as a reminder not to mess with him again.

lied to constantly with no remorse of him using me. I understood what I wanted,and I prayed God and asked him for this very first time in my life, to allow him to actually tell me the truth, I wanted him to tell me everything, he was lying, cheating, so when I got home, I called him for the last time, he picked up after the 5th ring, I believe so, and yelled at me, telling me it was over, and that Yes, he used me, lied to me, and he was cheating on me. God wants you to be happy sweetheart and he wants you to not invest you joy in man, but Him. I have went through the exact same pain of knowing that I wasn't much to another man and it hurt me so badly. I know you probably already know what to do, but it's hard. when I hear that you are going what it is that you are going thru, i feel your pain man. I recently experienced the same thing. But, one thing I had to realize is that, while you are worrying about what happened and what that person did to you that person is out living life. That is what we are gonna have to do. Two years ago, I was engaged. Engaged, but not happy. I'd been with this man for 4 1/2 years and I thought he was where I wanted to be. Its going to be okay! This all happened for a reason....i know you are sad right now, next you will become angry. And thats good b/c once you become angry with him, you will begin to get over him. never let a person know how much your into them. when you got that 1st call from him in a long time you shouldnt have been so open to him.....you more deserving of someone thats going to treat you right. like you said in one video.... in your phone under his name put "Dont Not Answer" and if you do happen to answer dont give him to much...let him think your not into him. but keep your head up, this will pass over...just dont get swallowed back into that again.

Bee, you have a beautiful spirit. Life is filled with ups and downs. I just recently went through a "bf" using me. It takes time; time to heal, time to grow, and time to gain strength to carry on. What I did was utubed the video of Madea when she was talking to her nephew about relationships; there are a lot of valid points made that can help not just you but anyone else that has gone or is going through similar situations. you just have to let the pain take its course man, i can give you endless possibilities of things to do like go clubbin and shit like that, but at the end of all that you still gotta go home to your bed at the end of the night and face those thoughts again...really just dont spend alot of time alone at a time like this man, keep yourself surrounded w/ people that know how to have a good time......listen to some bobby womack or teddy p at time like this too, and cry it relieves you.

Brian, listen to me. A few years ago i thought I had "the one". I thought he was everything I was looking for, but come to find out, after only a few months together, he lost all his feelings for me. It was sudden and it hurt like hell. I could not function and wanted to die. it will be tough but I swear on my life, it feels so good to come out the other side of it. You will grow stronger and wiser and you will have new confidence in yourself. Express your pain and it will lessen over time.

So now you can take that big of info & (dig) deep within yourself and find a better, stronger you, which will then lead you to grow as your own person. The best advice that I can give is "to be still and know that He is God," Right now, you just need to sit sill and go to a place mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, where you can connect with God. This is a trying time. Just let God Keep you and Heal You. Also, Thank him for showing you the truth about that dude. I am so sorry for all the pain that he caused and continues to cause you. You really loved him deeply, and to know that he took your love in vain is extremely hurtful. I have been in a relationship with a taker before. I think deep down inside they are jealous bcuz u have a love, joy, appreciation for life that comes from within and they don't. They want what you have, saying they love you, encouraging you to give more of yourself. Deep down, they are hurting becuz they don't love themselves.

He will reap what he's sown. If you don't see it or hear about it, he will get dealt with for mistreating you. After leaving my ex-husband, I got back in school, organizations, made YouTube vlogs, found work, made friends and that helped me to move forward and it took my mind off of him.
