I have used Ulead before, but thats on a computer i hardly use. So I usually use windows movie maker, I have a program that can seperate movies into their frames. So you put each frame in as a picture, (so plays backwards) shorten each one so its the speed you want and there you go! :) if you still dont understand and interested in doing it message me and I can send you screen shots to show you how :D
