I miss the old days of Charles Town... no casino, no Sheetz station, no automated pari-mutuel betting machines.. you had 9 months to visit the track, and the place was usually half-empty and filled with more second-hand smoke than bettors. Im talking back in the 80s & early 90s, when Bill Dick ran the place, and it was humble & fun. (good times)
