Awww, when I first saw the gameplay I thought it was a port of the arcade shooter Lost World Jurassic Park, but its just a dumbed-down version... maybe Id like it better or watch the video in its entirety if this guy reviewing the game wasnt so obnoxiously loud and nerdy! LOL... MUTE!!!!

I almost was convinced (after muting that guy) to try out this game, but if theres only 2 types of dinosaurs, Id rather hunt down the Jurassic Park arcade game... even if I have to play it at Chuck E Cheese!

what we need is a prehistory game based on real scienetific info and base it of jp before it turn wild on isala nublar aka the zoo but i think it should have all sorts of extinct animals like the wolly rihno or dimetrodon so i could make a safari in the jurrassic period, the permian period, or the ice age! anyone think it would be awsome for pc!?

Derek has reviewed 2 rail shooters and complained about them being short and lacking "content". ALL arcade rail shooters are like this, even the beloved House of the Dead series. You point at the screen and make things dead (deader if they're zombies). It is a stable of the genre and isn't going anywhere. As Mark said in his review for this game, its all about replaying it for the score enjoying the simplicity of it. Would love to hear what he thinks of the HotD series.

This truly is Jurassic Park: License cost dodged. So cool. It does look really good. And, if you want to think of it another way, some people might pump in a good $20 in quarters, if there actually was an arcade shooter. Besides, I feel much better pumping hot lead into killer, fictional dinosaurs over cute Meerkats that act curious about your gun/camera/whatever. (See another game review; Remington Super Slam Hunting Africa; for that one.).

I always thought it was strange that Jurassic Park had Jurassic in the title when many of the dinosaurs involved didn't actually exist in the Jurassic period. If you ask me, it should have been called Mesozoic Park.
