When you pass the biggest entitlement bill in government history on a partisan basis, the only one EVER passed on a partisan basis, one that didn't reduce costs as it promised but rather, increased them...one that was done in a nontrasparent way, without consulting doctors despite their desire to talk to Obama and his administration.
