it wasnt really easy, if my opponent was just a bit better, he might've had a much bigger army and destroyed my main. If he went for my exps first, this would have been really easy. However, if he had bigger army I would have had to gather up even longer inside my main instead of attacking him at the bridges, and maybe brought mutas back sooner allowing me to counter his attack. I left my mutas to his base for too long
I've played sc for maybe 5 years, and maybe 7000 games, but that doesn't really mean everything. What really matters is how long have you been playing with motivation etc. For example people who have played for 3 years might be as good or better than me just because they've put more time and effort to it. Personally I've just played for fun, and only rarely ACTUALLY motivated. If I put everything to it since beginning, I could possibly be in korea but I'm not interested in that.
yea thats right, your army consists mostly of muta/hydra, so you dont need hive tech unless you're forced to resort to swarm when fighting against superior army. swarm isnt that good against mass tanks etc, but its a last resort to slow them down kinda.

when your playing against mech you can really delay your tier 3 unless your at a disadvantage
