its from a Dutch television, its a satire program called Jiskefet. I watched this for years and seeing this in the movie made me wonder how it got there. Anybody knows? Maybe a Dutch director or something? Because Jiskefet isn't really famous outside of the Netherlands as far as i can tell

This is a part of a sketch of the dutch absurdistic trio Jiskefet. the sketch is called "English sports" and is posted on youtube. This sport doesnt really exist though:P
