Things only got so stressful onced the zte deal didn't go through. Some people pretend that everything is okay, while the living conditions of most people worsen, due to political corruptions. Being honest with principle would be alot easier, and be most beneficial to all, but there's no money to be made on that, is there?
Worsen? The economy is getting stronger, we in the provinces now feel a lot more progressive than we were before. It's only imperial Manila who keeps saying conditions are worsening. Everything is not okey, we know that. And we also know that it was not caused by the alleged corrupt officials involved in the ZTE scandal but those
elitists who are paying people to march on the streets, senators who are starving for media attention and church leaders who are desperate to remain relevant in a society that now embrace globalization.
Just because a Lozada who sheds tears in front of the media came out, just media keeps replaying its biased views on things is not enough proof that there really was corruption.
You scream for truth yet your mind is already closed. For you truth equals Neri's or Abalos' or Gloria's admission that they are planning to plunder the people. What if the truth is not what you expect it to be?
We are sick of this drama. We are fed up. It's only during Gloria's time that the provinces experience the same level of empowerment and development.
Lozada may seem to be more credible now but we know these kinds of people are the last ones who should be trusted.
I'm happy for you that your province receives empowerment and developement which is rightfully overdue. Maybe you're lucky to have a mayor or governor that aren't corrupt like the others. The budget is always there nothing has changed in the way the government runs things. You should give credit to whom/where the credit is due. I'm not in anyone's side on this you call drama, I think everyone is guilty in more ways than not. People power won't change things. How can it, when everyone's corrupt!
