If they decide to stay on defense, they also pretty much have to step in a direction depending on how long UB is held, then Xianghua can use step-kill moves. I don't do that personally though.
And, no, we hadn't played each other that much.

Why the hell is Xianghua threatning to use an unblockable strike all the time?
Nice fights. Spotligh to the Xiangua jump/dodges. It really seems the players know each other. Am I right?

the unblockable cancel basically makes opponent think about attacking. If you're on the offensive against a good defender and you do it, it throws them off, because they're not sure if they should attack or continue to play defense, so their defense isn't going to be as good at that point.
