Hopefully you get a chance to go to China. I had the chance two years ago but for some reason I decided not to go. Now I wish I did. Sorry to hear about your foot, but atleast it's not broken. Hi Peter, Im sending you good thoughts about your foot. It sounds like you sprained it. I had a really bad sprain once and it was so painful. You literally have to put ice on it for 24 hours straight during the first day of a sprain...then after that alternating hot and cold works well. Just remember, this too will pass. Your foot will be better by Autumn so you can go clubbing in China. :) Love, pi

Peter, just a suggestion, get some Epsom Salts, (magnesium sulfate) we purchase it in drug stores here in the USA, put some in a foot spa, soak your feet and ankles. Hope that helps! Vote2008
