i suggest you read up on the failed birther lawsuits cause all the judges point out that the so called short form is all that is needed in a court of law. they won't give you Short form certificate unless you have a long Form cause the data for the short form is taken from the Long form birth certificate. Most of these cases are aimed at state officials, so they cost Obama nothing, but do waste the taxpayers money. "Court time" has been extremely limited, though, since judges all over the country have thrown these suits out immediately.
