SLOW DOWN-its a hornpipe not a reel. A hornpipe is ment to be danced to. Playing it faster doesnt make it or you sound any better.

lol i've just told some Germans to speed it up then read the comment on yours to slow it down!
You just can't win. Maybe play it at a moderate speed then so people can dance to it.

You're doing well, just keep on practicing. Hornpipes are slower and bouncier, though, and they won't work well at the pace you're trying. We need more young people playing ths great music, so please keep it up. Cheers.

Play it slower at hornpipe speed. You need the practice and it's a beautiful hornpipe.

LOL no, it's not the same, though you're right in that they sound very alike! I like Whiskey, but I think not as much as Liverpool. Sometimes, all fiddle tunes sound like another one. :-)
