hey scott, when i try to do squats with the bar on my neck like that, it comes in contact directly with a bone in my neck. It kills me to do these squats because of that. What can i do?

@aliboy483 Im not Scott so I'm not gonna get into details, but for your abs you need a low body fat percentage. Low is NOT 15%... low is like 6-8%. Scott's body fat is 5%

hey scott, i need sum advice. yesterday i was workin out my chest.and the next day, which is today. . it was really sore. so today i decided to work on it again. and so while i was workin out my chest, maan was really painful. but i just got some blood pumpin to my chest to lessen the pain and then i just went all out on it. so now as im righting this comment. its sore at the moment and i know its gona be sore tomorrow. is it good to workout this hard on ur chest while it is already sore ?

keep up the good work. your videos have been the most informative for me. i've been lifting for a while now, but i follow your routines to mix it up. don't listen to the haters on here, it's easy to be opinionated when nobody could see what they really look like.
Watch out about creating a large lumbar lordosis, just completed a biomechanical assessment and you should maintain a neutral lumbar spine during squats and deadlifts :)
Can you do some videos pinpointing specific parts of muscles? For example upper/lower/outer chest, upper/lower bicep, side/back tricep. I would also like to see videos for rare muscles like the thing that looks like gills between the chest and abs.
after watching your video's I was wondering if you are planning on doing any videos involving Olympic lifts like the clean and the Jerk/clean. I do a lot of wrestling and Jiu Jitsu and know these kinds of lifts are good for total body strength. Thanks.

Watch out about creating a large lumbar lordosis, just completed a biomechanical assessment and you should maintain a neutral lumbar spine during squats and deadlifts :)

Can you do some videos pinpointing specific parts of muscles? For example upper/lower/outer chest, upper/lower bicep, side/back tricep. I would also like to see videos for rare muscles like the thing that looks like gills between the chest and abs.

after watching your video's I was wondering if you are planning on doing any videos involving Olympic lifts like the clean and the Jerk/clean. I do a lot of wrestling and Jiu Jitsu and know these kinds of lifts are good for total body strength. Thanks.
