Once you can get some stars this isn't so bad. Unfortunately getting stars is very hard with this guy. Then keeping them is even harder. MegamanNG just makes it looks easy
I don't think the rematches would be as difficult if they were entirely new characters. Having to re-memorize the timing for a character who you already know is really tough. I found Piston Honda 2 to be way way harder than Soda Popinski.
The bull charge isn't too bad as long as it's in the first two rounds. Dodge it once, then he'll do one with two hops instead of three. For some reason, it's a hell of a lot easier to knock him down from the two-hopper than the normal three.

Soda Popinski is easy but can be hard because he'll keep doing hooks and then do the uppercuts which requires you to do the Freeze Glitch.
