If you have any metal dentalwork in your mouth, you should get it out! :) I did and my autoimmune responses diminished. It causes food/ and alcohol intolerances. Also, it's poisoning and just wanted to throw it out to you, if you do have any. .. thanks for your posts.
I summed my experience up consuming a higher quality wine over a long drawn out evening. I would normally agree... I can't handle alcohol! I can get a good buzz off kombucha.
Haha, nope..Not everyone does this. This is just what seems to work considering you are the busy body with all your "co-op" and "gynastics" and "homeschool" and being a mom and having a career--No time for Apesy :/ haha
Your shirt is my favorite :) Love you big sis..I like your videos too! It's been a good way for me to hear you out with how you feel about your lifestyle and it's been a place for to catch up and watch your video diary ;)
i just went to LEAF yesterday. I also had the pad thai (keyth's recommendation) I didn't like it at all. The south of the border wrap was good. I had it with the sprouted grain tortilla. The mouse was good. I had the chocolate one and the coconut one and we tried the apple pie which was good. I much prefer Aulac and Terra Bella. Leaf's food was good, but nothing I couldn't make at home. It was really nice to have though because we were in LA for business and I was starving and it is raw.
Yeah, I feel like I can make better stuff at home, but I am thankful there is a raw food joint when I am in the areas and hungry. I never had the mouse, but I have had the carrot cake that reminded me of the leftovers from juicing mixed with agave and nuts! LOL.
I guess I spelled mouse wrong but I don't know how to spell it without it looking like moose. The apple pie was like a larabar with a bit of diced apple and orange zest. It was good, but I could make it in 5 minutes. Same with everything else we tried. I'm not saying it was not good, just that my own food is so much better, but like you, I am just glad there is a place where I can safely and comfortably eat when I am out there, and it's certainly cheaper than Julianos!

Is this Jon or someone else responding? It's hard to know with the screen names. Either way, glad they are interesting!
