@BeastlySwitch He's a green belt. Have you done any wrestling? Gutsy to compete in the advanced after only 14 months. Even if you two aren't matched up to compete, introduce yourself to Ronan, maybe you 2 can do some warmup rolling- work out the jitters. Not that you'll be nervous of course.
@BeastlySwitch Ronan is 13, approx. 120 lbs. and will compete in Gi and No-Gi. Are you going to the NAGA in RI in October? Ronan is competing there too. These are his last 2 tournaments for awhile, he's been competing for 5 years and is a little burned out. He will continue to train in wrestling, BJJ and MMA though.
See you there and if you live anywhere near Acton, maybe you 2 could train, especially in No-Gi he gets very little practice in that.
