@APAL880 A suggestion for the color is getting a cover. You can get them in almost all colors and they help protect the outside of the phone. I hope this helped!

Yeah i have this phone and it works very well, I love the space bar in the middle of the bottom, there are only 2 disadvantages

1:It lags during txting sometimes if you receive a message while you are txting

2:It randomly shuts off or the screen goes black if you're using it too much

but besides those 2 factors it is a great phone, good battery life, it lasts about 3 days if you don't text 24/7

I have this phone and I dont have nearly as many problems with it as the env2, I like the bigger screen and added keys on the front, however my phone shuts off a lot and definitely lags during texting. For a messaging phone that's what it does worst. :/

it's got a lot of improvements, but PLENTY of it's own problems. all software problems however. the hardware of the phone is great. but NUMEROUS problems with how the actual phone works. believe me.

All newer phones have these problems now. Especially messaging phones. The envtouch has the same problems. I dont think there are many any phones today that dont have a whole slew of software problems. Thankfully most are solved with new updates.

True. They have made some updates, but both of the phones still have most of the issues. The big one is the phone turning off. I think it usually happens with excessive texting. There is a forum somewhere with the listing of problems. Most of them arent really major(like the T9 problem) and most people probably wouldnt even notice or care.

Interesting the Versa has had mixed reviews. Seriously though how can you get bored with a cell phone.lol Its main feature is to make calls. The env3 does that realy well has great texting and much of the little gadgets that many people seem to think they need on their phones these days.

Turn your phone into your version service center and have it inspected. It should definitely have something wrong with it, possibly through corrupted system or manufacturing error.
