Saw a study on the net about Chicago cops said 5% were responsible for the majority of complaints. Only problem is that even if they have 50 complaints against them they are never flagged.

I would say 20% bad cops looking to vent as much authority as possible, and taking the laws in their hands is perhaps a valid number, 30% of the rest are over zealous, and around 50% remainder of police officers are trying to do their job, and they ussually wont be over zealous either if you talk in a polite tone of voice and are (not over) courteous, so 50-50 bad to good from were I see it without exageration. Ofc its my opinion.

Alright, I wasn't being fair.....the 99.99999% of pigs that give the 0.000001% of decent cops a bad name. I mean, there must be 1 or 2 decent cops out there, right? Perhaps I'm just an optimist.
