Actually Draper is like the american bond alter ego- he plays the charming but mysterious, unphased hero. Like bond, he's got a conflicting set of personalites. He is polite, but a womanizer. He does things for good but its the ends always justify the means sort of philosophy. He's not compassionate and he feels unemotional. In point, he wouldn't necessarily be a good spider man or batman since these characters are supposed to show their emotions and human side. Thats why don suited to be bond

I say he's the prefect Batman all the time, but, if you'll notice in scenes where he plays his younger self he can also pull off the "aw shucks" rubeness and giant framed bumbler mannerisms of a great Clark Kent, and when he needs to he pulls of that bright, brilliant humanity of a great Superman. I have to say I'd love to see him be a Superman for All Seasons as much as I'd like to see him take a Long Halloween.

few days ago my brother and i was thinking who would be the best portrayal of batman cause we both don't like christian bale at all, i couldn't find one then but now as you said i'm beating my head to be so dumb. its true, rather obvious this is the perfect fit for the batman specially of "batman the animated series of 90's". great stories and direction.

but imagine him with batman mask, the best feature of his entire body language will be covered... his upper half face.

First two seasons good but it's really hit or miss this season. The Emmys went to its head.

At first I didn't much care for this character but in the second and third season his complexity is really in a groove now. He is a frightening character for most men. He has success but this dark side continues to intrude in his work and family life. Destruction lies waiting just around the corner. This is good, adult tv.
