  • Um, where's the jam? And you don't just spoon the cream on, shove the two halves back together, then shove it your mouth. You eat each half separately with jam and clotted cream on.

  • WHAT THE FUCK IS HE DOING! everyone knows its jam then cream cut in half

  • you've gotta bang the jam on top of the cream and eat half a scone at a time.proper

  • I always find that cafes give you too much cream and not enough jam. :(

  • what are you guys doing there anyway? are you kinda Special Forces, the Tactical Food Ops? Is there any mission concerning a certain brunch sideboard?

  • ...oh, I see, lucky one and best wishes for a happy & flourishing marriage. Lucky you are. :)

  • oh this was my friend's wedding. mine is coming up in a few weeks.

  • i love scones ..and that looked very yummy...lol @Jagamp you have to love the british..and their Afternoon teas and cakes.. : )

    Thank you ^_^

  • i love having a nice afternoon tea :)

  • man i gotta try that

  • yeah worth the time :)

  • Eat them in split halves, first put the strawberry jam on the scone half then a dollop of the clotted cream on top. That's how they are usually eaten, not like a bun with just cream inside hahaha :) You will notice the difference.

Delicious with a cup of traditional English tea :)

    5*****

  • i've done that too. also i used the clotted cream in the tea in place of milk! very fattening...

  • Yuck! I have never in my life heard of anyone putting clotted cream in their tea before. That's not what is meant by a cream tea LOL

It's what are you having for tea ie as in teatime... Cream cakes or scones and tea, not in the tea hahaha :)

  • you gotta try it! it's pretty good! REALLY creamy!

  • @kwaichi What makes a really good bagel is putting sun dried tomato cream cheese on it. Its sooo good!!

  • @hoora21 i'll try that this weekend :)

  • where are you originally from?

  • bath, uk

  • Scones are really nice, love them. You sometimes have to shop around to find good ones though (I find that buying them from markets, home made, are good).

  • it's really hard to find decent scones in more urban areas. i've tried so many and none came close to the one's in this vid

  • We are similar here in the US,good bagels, muffins and doughnuts seem to be all over, but a good scone.. I have yet to find one..

  • I'll be eating plenty of bagels soon :)

  • Its hard to find a scone, let alone a good scone, here in Canada. The society here is more in demand of muffins, donuts, and bagels.

  • i'm looking forward to a good bagel when i'm stateside in a few weeks :)

  • That sounds fun, if your a big salmon lover, you should try smoked salmon with cream cheese on your bagel!!

  • yeah i've tried that at bagel bake on brick lane. I will def have that while i'm out there!

  • People talking in it, Lol,

  • yeah. esp tim!
