Can someone pleease tell me if endomorphs should bulk ??? Because I'm an endo and I put weight on reealy easily should I just cycle my carbs all the time?? I would greatly appreciate an answer
@Trivium3939 you need to cut all carbs in dinner..and eat complex carbs in breakfast such as oatmeal..eat fish, chicken, butter, cheese, yogurt, or any other animal based food..keep your insulin down to lose weight..stop fruits..

Just eat clean, high protein, moderate carbs (nice quality slow burning) good fats. keep the workouts fresh and different week to week. it's not rocket science fellas.

A month later after changing my diet and working out every other day I am 289. I know to some people it might not sound like much but 16lbs in one month for me is a great start and has really helped a lot as far drive and motivation and I will continue to train and eat right. Its not all about the gains dudes, some people want to stay lean and healthy. We did not evolve to weigh 200+ pounds all the time.
