  • Oh hello! Have you ever tried the Fat Blast Furnace (google it)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my cooworker shed insane amounts of fat.

  • @Trivium3939 you need to cut all carbs in dinner..and eat complex carbs in breakfast such as oatmeal..eat fish, chicken, butter, cheese, yogurt, or any other animal based food..keep your insulin down to lose weight..stop fruits..

  • --is that your muscle gains will be slower. You won't be able to add mass as quickly, but for me, i'd rather do that than try to lose 20-30 pounds of fat weight every year. Not saying it will work for everyone, but it could be worth a shot if you don't like dramatic swings in leanness and vascularity.

  • I can't cite science behind this, but this is what I've noticed--I do two full-body workouts per week (except legs, which I do on separate days) and then I do a good 800-900 calories-burned cardio sessions 3 times per week and mostly rest the other days (light cardio maybe, just bullshitting around).

    On days that I the cardio or legs, i eat very little. Lifting days, I eat more and cheat a bit. I notice that I've been able to gain muscle and stay lean The thing about it is--

  • Just eat clean, high protein, moderate carbs (nice quality slow burning) good fats. keep the workouts fresh and different week to week. it's not rocket science fellas.

  • Just want to say I have been watching your videos for about a month now because I just started working out. Im 18 and I weighed 305lbs on the first day of training. A month later after changing my diet and working out every other day I am 289. I know to some people it might not sound like much but 16lbs in one month for me is a great start and has really helped a lot as far drive and motivation and I will continue to train and eat right. Thanks guys

    actually u should keep moderate to low dose of carbs the days ur training

    and days ur NOT working out carb up little more so your body can recuperate faster..

  • Hey guys... I have fairly wide hips =l have you guys ever had that problem and if so, how did you overcome that? If not, any suggestions please? I'm 156lbs with a 35inch waist however I can see a faint outline of my abs. Cheers you lot, loving the videos =)

Its not all about the gains dudes, some people want to stay lean and healthy. We did not evolve to weigh 200+ pounds all the time.

  • A good way to carb cycle which has worked for me in the past, is go low carbs on my chest, shoulders and tricep day...high carb on my legs and abs day and med carb on my back bis and HIIT day, 4th day being a rest/low carb day then i would repeat the cycle. on a low carb day i would consume my carbs with meals 1&2...pre and post wo
