@akdster Is a 4" downpipe what you always would get from a 5" TBE system? Such as MBRP?

Yes biggest you will ever need is a 4 inch DP. Depends on your turbo as well, the stock HX35 uses a 3" DP but if you upgrade turbos most after market turbos use a 4" HX40 style DP.

true, but put a 2nd gen exhaust manifold in a 3rd gen and the exhaust sounds like the older trucks.

They will still sound different because they are common rail injected not distributor style injected like the 1st gen 12 valves and the 24 valves are.

Now THIS is how a diesel truck is supposed to sound. I watched ur other vid 2. Looks and sounds great. I'd love to here what she sounds like at full throttle!
