@chriscg619 When I do it, I just rotate counter-clockwise. I don't know if you have to do it that way, but it mostly works for me. I don't bother changing directions when I do it, just keep rotating in the same direction. And as for speed, I go as fast as I can, but it's more important to have complete circles rather then making incomplete circles really fast.

Honestly, I doubt whether EA MMA will stand a chance against UFC Undisputed 2010, or 2009 XD. But you gotta respect Cung Le, I think he has the best kicks in MMA, he is a 185 lbs Kung Fu champion with a black belt in Taekwondo.
