Quick Review:

Gameplay: Excellent, however the cover system is just stupid.

Enemies: OK. The phase casters are pretty fucking rad, though.

Coop: Fun, unique, fantastic.

Multiplayer: Great.

Script: Atrocious. everyone talks like megalomaniacal 1930's comic book villains. Also if you took a shot every time someone said the word "monster" you'd end up in the hospital.

Story: Disappointing, predictable, more plot holes than I can count. Pretty bad in that department.

Multiplayer does look pretty stupid, but the single player campaign looks a lot better than F.E.A.R. 2.. At least from what I saw in the story trailer.

The single player is where it's at, and from what I've seen it doesn't look terrible. If the demo was anything like the F.E.A.R. 2 demo, it's probably just a small piece, or not part of the full single player campaign at all. So like I said bro, just wait for the game. Rent it, play it, then judge it.
