The only problem with all mmorpgs, and why ppl all go back to wow. is well alot of reasons.. wow's pvp engine is very defined and doesn't need much improvement, it's pve engine is also not bad, and the creatures work how they should, all but the few glitches that every game has... For RPers, the chat, and rp engine is the best.. there are a lot of games i would switch over to if their chat bars, and rp engine were much like wow, and all these things could be people's problems with other mmos.

It wasn't untill years later it came out that they focused more on their niches to separate themselves from other mmorpgs. My first rpg game was Runescape which I played before WoW released, I could easily say WoW is a copy of runescape in many ways. Not to mention, a lot of WoW's competition only released after WoW in AMERICA. There were TONS of games "like WoW" when it wasn't popular yet.

all I can say is that, whatever u see on the vid is exactly what you're gonna expect. It's kinda like a guild wars and rakion hybrid where you use the skill bar and the mouse clicks at the same time. It's also dungeon based because in this case, is actually a good thing. Mobs are actually pretty challenging

Note: you need a damn good computer to run it this smooth.

it really isnt. if you watch the video of blade and soul you can see during what looks like a boss battle a chick running and dodging the attacks. when really if you wide screen it you can see she is taking damage. so in short, even if the hit didnt make contact, you will still get hit. oh and during the gameplay the menus were hidden. so you couldnt see them in order to show off the graphics. the only thing that separates that game from a generic mmo.

You can wall run, Fatalitys,& more movements like devil may cry etc, but as in a mmo. I'm not saying cotn is bad, but I'm sure we will both be proved wrong by 1 :P
