@84cm84 It depends on the individual build, and also where you are strongest. My weakness is breaking off the floor, and my strength is the lockout. So, raw, I pull conventional as it has greater drive off the floor. But in gear, I pull sumo as the gear compensates for my difficulty breaking the floor. Good luck!
how tall are you? Would you suggest sumo for me Im at 6 foot 185 right now

@shootingman99 I'm 6'1 @ 205. Hard to say, sumo is a much more effecient movement, but you'll have to try it out and see.
