It says 'KAOS' and it's his sister and his mothers first letter of their first name. You shouldn't get it tattooed on your wrist though, the skin that covers you veins is really 'leathery' and fadding would happen over the years because of how much you bend your wrist.

Amazing! I was actually considering getting this tattoo as well, most likely in the same spot as his, maybe some place else. I always loved this tattoo, and now that he's gone, it holds a lot more meaning to me.

Cool! I think that was one of his most beautiful tattoos he had. That's a cool spot, where he had his one. I have it on my wrist (A). I have birth marks where he has it so that wouldn't make the tattoo that beautiful.
