2 tips:
1. use muzzle flashes or a burst if you want a gun to shoot.
2. dont just record it but save it as a .gif, put it in windows movie maker and edit it. or use hypercam.

uh ehm can't you just save as gif then put it in Windows movie maker or vegas pro or any movie editor it will make it better looking and not shoking like this.

when i ever do that the frame rate of the animation slows down. so i just use hypercam 2

You could use fraps, and make it a little more smooth, for the rest it's good.
