hey. i took thi pill for about a month, and lost 20 lbs..im still taking them and slowly about 3 or 4 lbs have come back..do you have any advice as to why this is happening? i eat about twice a day and drink about 14 glasses of water, if not more.. any advice? should i switch the time i take them? i always took them about an hr before eating even though the pkg said otherwise..and they still worked.
@SmSquivel i would say morning!! def. before breakfast, possibly change your eatting habits, like a good breTKFAST, and lunch and dinner small, and snacks in between! See if that works. and you may have to take a pilll every two or 3 days to wein yourself off of them, although its not supposed to gin weight that quick. FROM WHAT I KNOW AND LEARNED :) :0
you will need more than 3 days with a good routine of water flushing and you could even go to wal mart and buy cleansing, and then see , and you are not suppossed to take these with prescription meds i try to mention in every video!! or you could coincidently have something else wrong, or EVEN maybe allergic, or somthing like that? ive never heard of it, headaches yes but the other ... no. sorry,,,,,god luck

my hormones gone wild with this shit pills a friend tell me to take it but side effect is my hormones gone crazy i just feel so sensitive. and i don't even think this is working because i stop eating junk food sodium sugar and soda or any kind of drink i drink water i don't cook my food with oil or butter i eat meat and vegetables and i see my self as same i have take this for a month now the only thing different this pills do to me is make me feel very sensitive and my hormones gone wild
I'm taking this product too..and boy...wow..It really supresses my appetitie. I have to set my timer to make sure that I am eating healthy small meals every 2 hours because it's not goood NOT to eat. I've been on prescription diet pills before, and these work way better. I would recommend them to anyone.
