  • Going raw or at least high-raw has TOTALLY changed my life and my problems with depression. FOOD is the ANSWER to depression - that's my firm belief.

    Raw food just blows depression away - try it today!

    Any kind of white sugar or white flour will bring back my depression (negative thoughts) within minutes. For me that's proof enough. Give raw a try - it will change your life

    You don't have to have a college degree to figure out all the food that is good for you or admit how the industry kill you and Big Brother in your home.

  • Awareness! This may just be the key. What makes you feel good after (10min or more) you eat it, and now just while you are eating it?

    Beware of all the diet books that tell you you should eat this or that! You have to be your own nutritionist these days!

  • Since I got off MSG and Aspartame my joints hurt less and some of the fog lifted from my mind. Then I got into preparedness and started learning how to live more frugal, grinding my own wheat, making my own bread, growing my own bean and alfalfa sprouts, growing a garden and so on. Without even trying, my diet changed to maybe 40% living food during the week, and somewhat less on the weekend. And you're right. I do feel better.

  • @vention4wh great stuff, cos what i read from aspartamine isnt so good, you seen the reports? big drug companies all 78 i think found irreversible holes in rats brains and then the big pharmas just lost the reports conveniently..so all you stop the pre made diet sodas and foods all aspartamine.

  • vegan sashimi!! your Idea helps those that react with depresion to eat. for veterans thier depresion is a onset from emotional expereince so sorry food has no effect. Try to understand depression has many different sub classifications so food works only with some cases. Keep the peace and camera with you.
