I have heard this song long time ago in the early 90's. I also know the person who wrote the song words and composed the song melody "Mr. Mabrouk Egnajewa" Who have had lots of alike songs. He used to sing them at the theater of the Science Faculty -- Alfateh University.

hey yeah hes basically telling this story of a guy who likes a girla dn so he goes to ask for her hand ( marry her)from her dad, his dad asks him who u support (football club in libya) and basically he ends up getting refused cuz he supports the other club and then gets beaten up and he runs away....thats basically what the song is about and shows how crazy and stubborn people are to their football....hope that helps
