  • All good. And i apologise if i insulted you in any way. except for the plant bit =D.. My brother in law practices sun gazing but his judgement is a worry at the best of times. Something tells me he and you might just get along... Your video did give me some insight (pun intended) about the why question. I still maintain my opinions tho.. As I'm sure you do aswell. Take care

  • Thank you for showing humility, you have taught me well.

It's sometimes a challenge for me not to engage my ego when I feel 'attacked' by another. Esecially when I carry the context "Do no harm" with my passion/work. I do say it's my journey and an invite for other's!

    It's all good. Create a marvellous 2012

    MM

  • So if I stare at the sun and go blind it's not because of the sun it must be a pre existing condition?? That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard. Just because it does nothing to you at the present moment dose not make it safe. Hey when the doctor tells you you have cataracts when your 60 will you think of me. I feel sorry for you that your life lacks something that you feel the need to stare at the sun in order to feel content. Enjoy the cataracts

  • Thank you for brightening my day. I love how you don't take life too seriously.

Like crossing the road when you want to - life's a choice, however most people are unconscious, they buy into our dis-ease management system and take disempowering toxic Pharma drugs to remove their symptoms - 1 example.

Are you open to a new journey? The mind's very much like a parachute, useless unless it's open. Then there are those people who FEAR going against the BS promulgated by the media/Dr's etc.

    Thank U

  • @magnusmulliner I agree with you, but your over exaggerating, and you think your a plant. 8-/ I'm a very open and enlightened person but i don't let that be the determining factor in place of good-judgement and intellect. And sure there is a safe period to watch the sun as it rises and sets, but not for close to an hour. Look at the stars there's more of them 8-12hrs and they make shapes n stuff

Do what you want as long as you don't attach a bogus belief to it that is does somthing.. Thats BS

  • Thank you for sharing, understood.

    BS = BeLIEf System.

It's okay to have different BS's and I respect yours. If I read what you shared, we're coming from the same point.

I ditched my sunglasses years ago and I have my eyes tested every two years. I've now matched the best eyesight possible in the Eye Dr's surgery. I realise this is not only due to sungazing, but maximising my nutrition and minimising toxins.

    Enjoy your week

    Love and light

    Magnus

  • @magnusmulliner U know magnus, i think these people are to chocked up in life and society and don't want to try new things that seem "Lame" and such. I also think these people are kinda dumb to comment these harsh things because if they don't believe in it, then why watch the video, and of course if there just curious, they should know that your not some type of person FORCING them to sun gaze. Your just informing, and i thank you for that. Enjoy your 2012 :]

  • Thank you. I would agree with your statement that many of us create our own 'boxed', limited comfort zone. Naturally having listened well to 'teacher's in my social mirror environment I then act out their programmes. Does it serve me?

I often tell people not to beLIEve anything I tell them, do their own due diligence and discover their own wisdom.

Wisdom is knowing who you are, many of us are lost in my opinion. I feel like I'm waking up... sungazing.

    Sending love and light

    Magnus

  • im also a newbie on the gazing benefits but i have been doing this for a quiet while now. Light is information and dark is lack of information.

  • We're all created from the dark and move into the light. Look at any tree or plant. The roots are under the Earth and grow into the light.

Welcome aborad and thank you for sharing. Happy days.

    Magnus

  • Im 27 and this is the first time I've ever heard of sun gazing.... Amazing! It makes perfect sense. It's kind of scary how the "elite" made us forget about everything and believe in ALL their lies.... The awakening is here! Much Love

  • Happy days, another open minded and hearted person! I enjoy Sun gazing and have performed it on and off over the last 6 years. My eyesight has improved and so has my inner wellbeing.

Please ensure you follow HRM's guidelines of either the first hour rising or the last hour setting.

    Have fun, enjoy

    Love and light

    MM

  • Very informative, thanks heaps! Gonna start doing this bit by bit :)

  • Thank you. You got it. Take your time. I've just spent a week in Malta and stared at the sun for 30 min's during one evening whilst listening to some HoloSync music. Awesome:-)

    Enjoy, MM

  • I had a friend in the 1970's who wore sunglasses and got into the habit of not removing them as he went into buildings. He then became addicted to sunglasses and could not go outside without them. And, he was only 25 years old !!! Sunglasses for him were like an electric wheelchair - the evil thing that traps many old people and makes them dependent on electric wheelchair manufacturers ~ that's why they give away free trials, to hook new customers!!

  • for those of you that have a busy schedule and get less than 8 hr of sleep i highly recommend you sun gazing!! it helps provide energy like nothing else ever can!!

  • Thank you for sharing! Awesome, sending love and light, MM

  • @MrRaptors101 soooo true brother like your cells respond with "finally" long forgotten suppressed knowledge coming forward to awaken more of the sleepy heads.

  • You know those Huge statues made of stone. On Easter Island with really big heads and the white of the eye painted. Positioned on a cliff facing the horizon. Could this be the message they are trying to convey? hhmmmm opinions please....

  • That's a great Q. You could make that opinion. It sounds plausible to me. Thank you for sharing. Create an awesome week, with Qi, MM

  • wow that's beautiful. Why isn't America that pretty. I have chronic fatigue and I've been recommended to try this. I really appreciate this video I'm going to try this today!

  • Great let us know how you get on. Sending love and Chi, Magnus

  • Just continue staring at the Sun and in a few years, your brain will start to fail in repairing the image you perceive through your retina that gets more and more damaged, and you'll start having vision problems.

This is what happens when stupid people start seeing every medical advice as "official evil that is trying to destroy us".

Do you have ANY idea how dangerous your ideas are? Go ask any astronomer or ophtalmologist about this.

What a load of crap. Shame on you. I'm flagging this video.

  • Thank you! You have truly revealed much about you and your indoctrinations. You show your hatred for this and that… An invite to move onto a higher level of consciousness. Have you tried any of the safe actions explained in this recording or did you just buy into someone else’s stuff? A rhetorical Q. Do you not love yourself? No real picture of you and hiding behind a 1st name. Please WAKE UP. Sending love and LIGHT, Magnus Mulliner

  • @magnusmulliner Do yourself a favor - talk with some astronomers and ophtalmologists. If you like "open mind" (something New Agers just LOVE to talk about), and hate dogmas, then you really have nothing to object about. But we all know you do.

BTW, I see you like to step in ad hominem "arguments", which just shows how fragile your knowledge is.

  • Thank you. It is impossible to learn what you think you already know.

I read your anger and resentment projecting onto me and no doubt others.

You have much work to do on showing yourself compassion and indeed love.

Please do share your plethora of knowledge in this area of health and wellness.

A special invite to look so much more closely at your environment. Your child like behaviour will not serve you or those around you.

Have fun, wishing you a marvellous 2012.

    Yours in health, MM

  • @magnusmulliner I bet your ability to glide away from the important issues, like avoiding to discuss the proven and obvious ophtalmological sun-caused pathology, has served you greatly through your life in avoiding things you find to be obstacles staying in the way of your plans. It's a slithering behaviour religious people would compare with a certain snake on an ancient make believe tree.

I've seen dozens of such cases. Predictable.

Of course I'm angry. Your lies hurt people.

  • Thank you. I appreciate you showing humility and as a reminder once you 'label' me or self or anyone else you then separate yourself from mankind.

If you LISTENED to my recording you'd hear me say it's about me and my experiences and an invite for other's to find their truth.

My eyesight has improved since I've practiced sungazing(SG). I realise it's not just about SG.

I would challenge your statement that I "...hurt people". If that was my truth I would not share any of that knowledge on UT.

  • My real passion lies in ‘reminding’ people HOW TO take control of their health and wellbeing. I do believe SunGazing will benefit everyone, IF they follow the simple basic guidelines in this recording. More importantly would be looking at clients Vitamin D levels! 25 OH Vitamin D3 blood test.

Again these are my truths, which have served me exceptionally well and that of my clients, that’s why I can offer guarantee results or return people’s money. Do you know of any Dr’s that do that? Enjoy, MM

  • @magnusmulliner Vitamin D is synthesized in the skin, not in the eyes. Everyone knows that.

Retina is a receptor layer that gets damaged if solar disk is viewed improperly. That's why people use solar filters to view eclipses, and that's why every time there's an eclipse, few people are blinded or their sight is damaged, often permanently.

As an amateur astronomer, I'd be extremely upset to damage my central part of the retina because that would mean "bye bye night sky".

  • Thank you for sharing again. I 'see' where you're coming from and my apologies for not being clear (from the transmitter to the receiver!).

I've done a few brilliant recordings on Vit D and you are correct. I did not mean your eyes would convert UVB - cholesterol - Vit D3! For further information on Vit D and its process please check them out.

I have not read any good research on what happens to the body's biochemistry when sungazing (am or pm first of last hr), except Pineal gland size.

  • hello and much thanks for your help in your other replys, ive been sungazing for about 2 weeks now and loving it, seeing nothing but positive affects thus far , but in my continued research i found many articles about how the sun can damage DNA, do you know anything about that? there seems to be many blatent scare tactics out there but some do cause some worry. Thanks man

  • Awesome, thank you for sharing.

The sun can and will damage DNA - if you burn yourself. If I'm clear it's about looking at the sun (10 sec's first time, then increase 10 Sec's each time) when it's first rising or last setting. It is my understanding that this light will not damage DNA like direct over head sunlight.

It's a pleasure to be of service. Check out Hira Ratan Manek's info. He's the sungazer who 'reminded' me.

Enjoy 2012, yours in health and light, MM

  • Sounds great! For now, I will try to look into getting a blood test and try to get through another nightmare of a day! Namaste, J

  • Dear Magnus: Thanks for the response. I have not had a blood test for probably five years, but will see if I can get one soon. I sleep for an hour of two, wake up and worry about things for another hour or two, and so on until morning, when I have no idea what I should do. As you can imagine, my state of mind is dismal. 2012 Blessings to you as well . . . I will try to check on some of these things and get back to you.

  • How you THINK, BREATHE, DRINK, EAT, SLEEP and undertake CREATIVE MOVEMENT daily will determine your state of physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing. It's all about YIN and YANG - BALANCE.

Check out Dr Mercola's website and Mike Adams if you'd like to be 'reminded' about some further simple empowering lifestyle skills. Or watch more of my TV channels on naturalnews. tv or UT. Watch my latest UT. You get to tap into your resources. How does it get any better than this? Enjoy, MM

  • Dear Magnus: Hi, I did the sungazing, following all instructions and, during the 9 months, I was relieved of debilitating depression. Once I stopped the sungazing though and began the second phase (walking to keep "charged"), the depression returned. I continued the walking and, when the depression did not let up after a couple weeks, I tried to return to the sungazing, with no success in regaining the good mental state. Oh, well, it was worth a try!

  • Thank you for your message.

What is your 25 OH Vitamin D3 blood levels like? Find out at grassrootshealth. org.

Are you omega 3/6/9 - out of balance? Many people are Omega 3 deficient. You may be out of balance with some essential Amino Acids!

Some food for thought. Take some 5HTP in an am and see how you feel. How are you sleeping? How's your state of mind? More Q's than answers. Sending healing love for 2012 and beyond. MM

  • can sungazing still cause premature aging of the skin though? I hear that there are still UVA rays during sunrise and sunset and that can cause aging. I ask because almost everything you says that they sungaze looks a bit aged, especially around the eyes. big bags underneath there eyes. If this is the case im going to stop doing it, ive noticed a difference aswell. Any help is appreciated thanks.

  • Great Q.

Not to my understanding if you perform it in the last hr setting or first hr rising.

Most people you described above are likely to have either adrenal, thyroid and or liver challenges. It's not the sun that causes this during the time above.

Have you experimented with sungazing? Were you able to see after?

Please DO NOT sungaze after the first hr or before the last hr when the sun sets. 'See' how it affects you. Take a break each day and enjoy, Happy 2012 and beyond, MM

  • @magnusmulliner hi, was this answer directed towards my question about premature aging? thanks

  • Affirmative.

Premature aging is mainly caused by 1. Toxins and 2. Deficiencies (not providing your body cells with what they require).

Have you had your Vitamin D - 25 OH test done? Most people - 80% + are Vitamin D deficient. Check out vitamindcouncil. org and grassrootshealth. org

Deficiency in Omega 3, out of balance with 6 & 9... B12, Zinc, etc all 'speed' up aging. Biggest cause of aging is consuming sugar and refined carb's. Remove gluten from your diet. Have fun, Magnus

  • does sungazing make the eyes appear smaller or more beady looking? since sungazing my eyes i think appear smaller...has this happened to you magnus or anyone else out there sungazing?

  • I've never looked upon this question or observation before.

Are you referring to your iris or pupil?

I'm informed that your pineal gland will become enlarged through sungazing!

I don't think I'll be able to find the answer to your Q because I've been sungazing since 2005.

Interesting Q. Thank you for asking.

    Enjoy,

    Magnus

  • Coconut oil is a good natural sunscreen.

  • Agreed and so is Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

    Thank you for sharing

    Enjoy

  • :)

  • sungazing is awesome, everyone should do it.

  • So I'm curious, do you sungaze daily? Do you sungaze in all seasons? Do you sungaze at sunrise or sunset, or both? The reason I ask these questions is because I was a bit startled with the eye doctor results from the sungazer who had been sungazing for 9 months. I too have been sungazing off and on for about 2 years, but I thought it was absolutely safe as long as one does it within an hour of sunrise and sunset. I had no idea that it could pose a long-term risk? What do you think?

  • You'll get this AzathothianBrew. It's not just about the sun. It's about your environment (inc. nutrition)

Yes, Yes, not usually both. One or the other.

I think it's about balance and 'seeing' what works best for you. It's been 6 years now and my eye sight is off the chart, so to speak. If concerned only stare at the sun as soon as it rises or just before it sinks below the horizons.

Long term risk - not to my knowledge.

    Have fun, sending love

    MM

  • @magnusmulliner Thanks, brother! You're beaming with rays of inspiration and positivity. I appreciate your feedback. Namaste

  • Interesting video, but according to Hira Ratan Manek, one should stop sungazing after 9 months, and yet you claim to have been sungazing for about 5 years! I find that both marvelous and concerning, simply because I recently saw a documentary about sungazing called Eat The Sun, and at one point a sungazer had his eyes tested after 9 months of sungazing and the eye doctors reported noticeable damage to eyes, much to their surprise that he was able to have sight still.

  • Thank you. You couldn't possibly stare at the sun for that period of time in the UK! It's too cloudy on most days! My apologies for the mis-understanding. What I meant was I've made time when available to stare at the sun, am or pm for up to 30+ min's.

I have been an ambassador for sungazing since 2005 and it's the last hour setting or the first hour of the sun rising. My eyes were tested earlier this year - 6:3.7. Two years ago they were 6:4 Perfect vision is 6:6! I've improved...

  • so damn glad to have found you mate! I subscribed.. cheers ;)

  • Thank you for your message glassandroid. It's a wonderfful crazy world you and I have co-created.

    Have fun, sending love

    MM

  • The only reason this video is watchable is your Brittish accent makes you sound like you know what you're talking about, so for a second I almost bought into your "sunglasses are bad for your eyes" and "sunscreen causes cancer" bs (bull sh*t), enjoy going blind at 60 you twat, hopefully no one dumber that you watches this and tries to emulate you, or their macular degeneration will be on your hands...

  • Thank you sansebastian1972. I love how people show their true FEAR on this recording. It's an invite to WAKE UP and learn more about yourself. If you speak to me like this heaven's knows how you treat yourself while ignorance continues...

Here's an invite, please, please be kind to yourself and do some due diligence around Sunscreen and keeping up with James Dean (sunglasses). Trust me I'm NOT a Dr you're way off base.

Find your own truth and be mindful of your language, it does you no credit

  • @magnusmulliner mindful of my language? you mean "twat"? are you 12? or the "shit" i actually censored as "sh*t"? you being a pussy does you no credit either, "sir"

  • Thank you sansebastian1972. Once again you share more of your child like behaviour (c5 or 6 years of age). If you have the intelligence of using more constructive (Queens English) positive feedback words I'd gracefully receive them. Q: Why do people hide behind their ‘names’? They don’t LOVE themselves enough to reveal their true picture, plus they project their ‘crap’ onto others! Maybe they weren’t hugged enough as a child! Sending you love Bro.

  • Those steps look dangerous!

  • Organic Coconut Oil is a great substitute for lotions and even acts as a natural sunblock! Also, it's a truly amazing nutritional supplement.

  • Great One RevJoshua. I've got some and I use it. Also organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is great too. Just don't cook at temp with it and ensure you buy it in a dark glass and keep it stored cool. Dosen't need to be in the fridge though!

Thank you for sharing, sending love

    Magnus

  • @magnusmulliner Absolutely! Best oils to cook with are Grape seed and Coconut, all the others can become toxic very easily. Thanks!! :)

  • First of all sorry If I make language mistakes. This holidays, when I didn`t know about sungazing yet I woke up at 5 am and went to the beach, cos I wanted to see the sunrise. I was sitting there for over 30 minutes, smiling, watching sun and when I was coming back to hotel I realised that I`m very happy for no reason. I went to bed again and while sleeping till 10 am I had the most realistic lucid dream in my life. So I`m sure it`s not placebo, since it worked on me when I didn`t hear about it!

  • Many thanks for sharing your story IIronekk. Awesome stuff and you can still watch my health and wellness videos?

It certainly is not a placebo.

Wishing you a joyous, fun loving week, yours in health,

    Magnus

  • Are we on the same page Mrgyn?

You can send me any research I'd love to read them. As a former senior lecturer at a UK University please do indulge me.

Does your research talk about the first and or last hour? Who paid for it? Was it double blind? No pun intended!

    Have fun, sending love

    Magnus

  • @Mrgyn I've been sun-gazing for a few weeks now, and my eye-sight is getting better. No sign of cataracts. By the way, cataracts are caused by the exposure to UV light. If you sun-gaze at 5am, I don't see how you'll damage your eyes.

  • I live in the sunshine state ! I fully believe in what he is saying. When your body is full of toxins the body cannot stand the sun but after very deep cleansing the sun is so healing and invigorating. I have sunshine therapy as often as possible in the back yard about 20 minutes a day. Free vitamin D. I have no need of sunglasses even for driving. most of our info from authorities is killing us.

  • Hi SusanRichardsDay, you share some truths. I've said before... you're worth nothing to our governments and dis-ease Mgt system unless you're sick.

    Have fun being healthy,

    with Qi

    MM

  • how does it not damage your eyes?

  • Great Q: ssssaintmarcus. My understanding is UVA & B can't burn your eyes due to its position in the sky. O3 and or cloud cover, etc stop the full buring light effects.

When you think about it, the sun has been here long before us and we've allowed the full spectrum of light through our eyes. Wearing sunglasses stops the full spectrum of light (1000's of colours - white light) entering our body through our eyes.

I was sungazing this morning at 830am while working out, but clouds present.

  • Interesting video!! thanks for the info, I have been fed lies.

  • You and me both xKuma420, if you listen and watch TV as well as read newspapers. It's someone else's BS (BeLIEf System). We don't have a TV and or read newspapers. That way we get to fill our heads with what we want! Just an idea about voting with your eyes!

    Sending love

  • Dear Mrgyn, are you open to gaining more knowledge?

My do firemen cause fires? Why does watching TV make you fat? Think about it! Obviously (Cause - effect) those statements are not true, but when there's a fire a fireman is there! What's my point. What's causing higher rates of cateracts? Must be the sun! Wrong answer! Only 2 ways to create a dis-ease - Toxicity and deficiency. My invite is for you to find the root cause/s. You'll find it ain't the sun my good friend.

    Enjoy

    Sending love

    MM

  • Thank you for sharing. You'll find your physical body has no reason to lie to you. If you do feel any pain or discomfort in your body... if it had a voice, what would it say to you? What would your body tell you?

    Have fun,

    Magnus

  • Magnus: Do you think its a good idea to have rest days from sungazing just to be on teh safe side? Just like in the gym we create stress on the muscle to make them grow and get stronger and then we rest and allow the recovery to happen. Could the same principle be used in Sungazing?

  • Another great Q: How would you feel about having a break from sungazing? See how you feel. For me, 10 Sec's is not long each day and living in the UK, you'd be lucky to have a week with a seeable rising and or setting sun! Also if staring at the sun did damage my eyes. I wouldn't do it! Be safe, be well in your actions. Bottom line, you're required to impress yourself... and have fun.

Best advice you can take... is your own. Your workout analogy is great.

    Sending love

  • @magnusmulliner Yeah i think people don't listen to their own bodies enough these days. Smokers feel pain in this lungs yet they still smoke. Drinkers feel hangover pain, but yet they still drink. I'm at about 4 minutes now and i live in Swansea in Wales so we don't get the best sun exposure. I always make sure the UV index is 2 or under and it feels ok.

  • They are a some people on the planet that live completely off the energy of the sun, etc. I think it's called breathism. You can also meditate under a tree facing the sun and it connects you more to spirit.

  • Your wife and "child" live in some rundown castle with you because you work in the hollistic center? How the hell did you find a woman willing to do that?

  • Bro, I LOVE YOU!

Thank you for sharing your anger with us. Q: How does it get any better than this? What's your real passion bro? What are you most proud of in your life?

Hey, don't knock the castle. It's been there for over 800 years.

    Sending love

  • You picked up on my point that that was false, Firemen don't cause fires, just like watching TV doesn't make you fat!

If you stared at the sun for 10 min's first time. In my opinion that's far too long! 10 Sec 1st time! No wonder you made your original statement to me! Sure I feel like I can't see some close things shortly after, but this fads over a short period.

Other thing I've learned. Don't take life too seriously. Why? Kills passion then people, that's why we're in Libya and Afghanistan!

  • Who you truly are! Create a passion or purpose. Share your knowledge with those that wish to LISTEN. BeLIEve nothing you see, fee, hear and yet find your truth.

Trust me I'm not a friggin Dr! Staring at the sun has done no harm to my eyes in over 6 years, if you follow the guidance - 1st hour rising or last hour setting. Naturally where you are located is important and how long you stare at the sun. Start 10 sec, then increase 10 sec each day or next event when you can look at the sun. Enjoy

  • The great news is, your journey starts now. I often share with people, please don't buy into nay of my BS (BeLIEf systems), find what works best for you.

I share my knowledge and my wisdom, but it doesn't have to become yours. A case in point, my eye sight has improved over the last 2 years (proven by an eye Dr) from 6:4 to 6:3.7 (best score they can measure). We use Metres not feet. Perfect vision is 6:6, next best is 6:5 and so on.

You're as old as the person you feel!

    Jesting aside, find

  • Dear Wayno213. Why do firemen cause fires? Think about it. Evertime there's a fire, there's fireman! Cause and effect. Not a true statement!

If you stare at the sun in the first hour while rising or in the last hour before fully setting, in my experience you will not burn your eyes, if you follow the simple guidelines - 10 sec, then 20 sec day 2. I've done this since 1995 and my eyesight has impoved. I also realise that's also through eating whole alive foods and practicing long/short vision.

  • wonderfull advise!!! thanks....I've been sungazing for 3 weeks and I already feel

    more energized....so tanks

  • Thank you for your comments ThePinkrose14. The sun has never been our 'enemy'. In my opinion it's the sunscreen that can give your body skin cancer (damages some layers of your skin and is toxic), not the sun! Create a great loving weekend, with Chi,

    Magnus

  • Sungazing is like lifting weights. You can't go straight into the gyn and bench press 180kgs you got to start light. Do you 60kgs to failure, rest and recover and then the next time you go 5kgs heavier or whatever. HRM said slow but sure wins the race. Peace everyone and love the sun.

  • Thank you so much for this info ,Your my new go to guy <3<3<3

  • Do you sungaze twice a day?

  • Thank you! You're the man!

  • can you give me a tip? i wear contact lenses due to shit eyesight and damaged cornea being coneshaped, if i get chance to see the sun do i do with lenses or without? as without lenses my condition causes me to get less light into my eyes due to kerrataconus. does it matter if i use lenses or not? i have to wear them most the time for my job, to read, drive and most things in life.

  • Thank you for your message UnionMetalhead. If I understand your Q, it would be better to NOT wear any contact lenses when staring at the sun (1st hour when rising or last hour when setting). Wear them when undertaking your job, driving, etc, just NOT when staring at the sun.

Wishing you the greatest of success, enjoy

    Love and light, Magnus

  • @magnusmulliner i will try that (if we see the sun again that is)i actually did it the other night with them in as i werent aware of the advice then of using without.my eyes were ok though. the lenses arent good things anyway but due to some issue - im stuck with the damn things. there is sun today but will have to do it in the afternoon as i wont get chance tonight even if its out. as i say it only ever shines when im busy and unable and to say its annoying is a major understatement. thanks lnl

  • @magnusmulliner I am sun gazing now and I am up to 3 mins. but was wondering,

at sometimes i can't look very long because the sun seems to bright and then other times I can look at it with total ease. So, my time is off. This morning it was so nice and enjoyable I keep doing it. I gazed at the sun for 22 mins.. Is this ok? is it safe to do that? thank you for these videos.

  • Hi winlaren23. You may find that when the sun is really low you could star at it for longer and may not 'see' the glazed look for longer after turning away. Naturally the higher the sun rises the stronger the rays (UVA/B). Find what works best for you. How do you feel and or see shortly after staring at the sun? My info from HRM was a 'safety' guide - 10 sec's then day 2 20 sec's, day 3 - 30 sec's etc. It's all good, but find what works best for you. have fun, sending love and light, MM

  • ok here is the problem. we never see the sun here.its constantly dull and miserable everyday almost.

  • Living the UK, NW England I can relate to that UnionMetalhead. It's all good. Follow HRM's guidance when you can stare at the sun. 1st time 10 sec's, second time 20 sec's, 3rd time 30 sec's etc. if you miss a day or week, no worries. 'See' how that works for you.

Happy days, sending love and Qi, Magnus

  • @magnusmulliner i live int he west midlands. i think you were at truth juice a few weeks ago actually i recall you quite well. you did a talk about health food.

  • Guilty as seen UnionMetalhead. I'll be back at Truth juice Birmingham on 11th Oct - "Cancer is NOT a dis-ease, it's a survival Mechanism". I'll be presenting at Truth juice Leicester on 10th Oct too. I'll be in Brighton next Thursday - "Balanced Mind: Balanced Nutrition". You'll find more at mtenergie. com/ workshops. php

  • @magnusmulliner I know what i meant to ask you. do you know about a condition called lichen schlerosis? a relative of mine has this and its in the women's hush hush parts (probably better way to put it). i know candida can be helped with barley grass wheat but this condition although similar area i dnt know anything about cures.

  • I'm at 3 minutes 30 now and really enjoying it.

  • Thanks so much for this elaboration. My best friend decided he would bash me for wanting to try this (needless to say I was very out down because he brought in "science fact" ). I like your videos, think ill go watch more :)

  • Thank you, djfeas001. There are more to come. My latest is on "Iatrogenesis - Death by Dr's".

  • ive always found that looking at the sky will cure any head ache !! it really works but works best (or fastest )way to practise it is If your feet are free and you lie on the ground> its a very grounding excersize to do .

  • Thank you moss1transcendant. Allowing ones feet to naturally touh organic soil or rocks would be best - Earthing. Great grounding exercise for sure. Thank you for sharing. Sending love, MM

  • There are quite a few realisation excersizes out there. with commited intent you will find the people to apease your suffering.

ive cured (redirected some of my fears, alot of my anger and a extremely bad case of attentsion span) putting things into perspective is crucial as standpoints are like platforms so choose your foundation carefuly !

  • Can sun gazing help with eye conditions such as Archromatopsia - which I have? I have some very bad photophobia.

  • @ deltafour1212 ...... yes... yes I aam

  • I think most people like sunglasses because of the privacy. lol. i know you said our ancestors did not wear sunglasses but also our Ozone layers were not as damaged back then, right? Isn't the Ozone layers almost gone nowadays? That lets the dangerous Sun rays to come through to Earth. With that said, I do think Sun is our friend, for sure. I Sunbath every day, otherwise I'll be depressed.

  • @VenusAsABoyFilms The ozone layer is constantly being replenished by incoming solar radiation which ionizes the oxygen molecules in the upper atmosphere, creating more ozone. This layer is roughly 30 kilometers (20 miles) deep. With the reduction of ozone-depleting chemicals, it is recovering. There is an ozone hole over the poles, though, which fluctuates in size seasonally. But since we only began studying it a few decades ago we don't really know if this is natural or man-induced.

  • It hurts me a lot to look at the sun, or even be outside in the daytime, unless it is rising or setting. In the afternoon I have to squint so hard my face hurts if I don't have sunglasses when I'm outside, but I've always felt that I'm blocking something out when wearing them and I want to transition to not wearing any. Could the fact that my eyes are a light green have anything to do with a difference in sensitivity?

  • I started sungazing about a month ago. I prefer to look at the rays below the sun and not directly at the sun. I also like to look at the sun if it's behind a cloud or tree or tinted window with blinds. My eye sight was blurry at first because my eyes were dry after gazing for 15 to 30 minutes. I did not ramp up a few seconds at a time. It energizes me so I can't sleep as well as night. I drink a little alcohol to go to sleep and then burn off my grogginess with the sun the next day.

  • I did sungazing for 2 months 10 months ago and i did it in the morning but most of the time i did it afternoon when the sun was pretty strong, i stopped sungazing because suddenly i could see everything vibrating i still can especially at sunset.

I read that uv rays can hurt your eyes maybe.. but i believed those 2 months that the sun was not harmful maybe that believe helped me goin through the process without damage. I think we can unlock our hidden potential with the help of the sun!

  • the problem I'm finding is the constant chem trails in front of the sun also I've noticed the sun is white at the moment do you know why this may be?

  • Hi 78KRS, That's a great Q and I honestly don't know. Sometimes the sun/moon can be a different colour when it sets due to what's in the atmosphere. There may be a connection to the Chem trails.

Thank you for asking, sending love

    MM

  • @magnusmulliner I don't know how true this is? I've read today that the metals found in the chem trails (aluminium, barium and others) are hanging about in the atmosphere blocking out some of the light from the red spectrum, which could have something to do with the white colour of the sun of late?

  • Dear 78KRS, that may well be true. There must be something blocking the colour of the sun. Thank you again for sharing your information.

  • Thank you PoketsOfagenius for sharing your wisdom. It makes sense to me that we are all communicating to each other. Most of us are 'deaf' and or 'blind'. It's a continual journey for me to LISTEN and wake up! Sending love, MM

  • talking of enlightenment, have you made the connectione between attaining this spiritual level and looking at the sun? the buddha supposedly sat under the bo tree facing east towards the sun. i can go on and on. i have to take in lots of olive oil cold not cooked it is a vital ingredient to sun activity. ok i'll sign off now hope to hear from you warm regards fellow sun-worshipper AKHENATEN RULES

  • Dear Jakkalsb, I see you love sharing your knowledge. Thank you. I'm on a mission to continue learning that which I teach. Anything related to health, food, nutrition, mindsets, exercise, etc I'm interested in. I have undertaking my own 'enlightenment' in AB & BC Canada and the UK. It's never a destination, always a joyous journey. Be well, create a great loving week, namaste, MM

  • i'm jewish so dont take this the wrong way i have done lots of research into this hitler was known to outstare anybody yes its complicated but its a sign of a seriously enlightened mind the bible talks of how the light shone in the face of jesus, moses is recorded in exodus to have come down from the mountain with the 10 commandments and his face was so bright he had to put a veil on his face before anyone could look at him now this is real enlightenment!

  • there are other weird responses i'm not lying to you when i say that sometimes when i look into peoples eyes i can see that their nipples go hard men and women there is nothing sexualk to this it just happens i really want to have a serious conversation about it most people dont take me seriously they just say i'm gonna go blind which after 12 years of doing this daily i can still see perfectly it also helps deal with agression i can look anyone in the eye even during a heated moment

  • dear magnus thanks i also sun gaze and have been doing it for 12 years i started when my dad died because i needed something deep and it fulfilled my need i have much knowledge to share eg in the morning i wash my eyes and drink a glass of water and blink until my eyes water which really helps to look at the sun kind of balancing the elements do you know about the achoo syndrome? the weird thing is that i make people sneeze around me daily i look even at the hot midday sun

  • Thank you for sharing Jakkalsb. We all bring our 'gifts' to the table. The sad thing is people care about what other's think of them, when they're following their heart/passion and or purpose. Be mindful, then let is go. Find harmony, with Qi, MM

  • Dear PoketsOfagenius, thank you for sharing. Now you've stepped into the shoes of the 'real' sungazers. HRM doesn't eat food, just drinks tea, water and butter milk. I personally have found it relaxing and satiating from one point of view, but I love my foods. Have fun, with Qi, MM

  • i've never had sunglasses even since i was a baby.. i've been meaning to buy a pair for the summer.. but now since i heard about this sungazing thing.. i might never get a pair.

  • Many thanks for sharing TheKitteyKat. I used to have a pair of sunglasses when I lived in Canada. I left them behind... There may be some instances when it is useful and appropriate to wear them. I feel you can better direct your $ and £. Remember... the best advice you can take... is your own. Have fun, sending love, MM

  • I just blink a lot and there is no problem, even during the day you can stare at it by blinking fast.

  • Thank you for sharing omgitsFelz. If that works for you, awesome!

  • Btw, if you haven't watched it, one of my favorite vids from TheWeatherMan2012 offers a really fun perspective. Search for "Source Energy pt 1/4: The Sun and Ascension." Actually, I'd have to credit that and another of his videos as having been the conscious impetus for me to try sungazing in the first place. One thing's for sure: We're lucky to have you and him and others offering your insights from personal experience...this is exactly how we come together to affect meaningful change :-).

  • You share some home truths for sure. Pass it on... Thank you also for sharing your knowledge too.

If you type in 'HRM sungazing' you'll find the man who inspired me in Calgary to start sungazing back in 2005.

    Happy days, love and Chi

    MM

  • I find an hour before sunset is a good time to do it. I cannot do it for nearly as long as 45 minutes--it's very intense. Re: Sunglasses--some do let the full spectrum through (the cheap ones, ironically)--they just reduce reflective glare. I have the auto-darkening Rx lenses and I've done sungazing with and without them and had useful experiences each way. I'm not sure it matters if each light wave has to hit the retina or if the energy itself is taken regardless...my guess is the latter.

  • Hi tvswnet, you share some great valid points. I always ask myself what was my Great, Great Grandma doing? They didn't have James Dean like sunglasses and or wear any eye protection. I can see the benefits when skiing and or sailing, etc, but if it's true what i've read, wearing most 'good' sunglasses we will stop the full spectrum of light entering our body through our eyes. Not good. I'm pleased you've enjoyed sungazing too. I find it challenging finding 45 mins to do this. Love and light, M

  • @magnusmulliner So, I experimented with both yesterday...slightly different "effects," but effects for sure from both. I have expensive lenses (in a laughably cheap frame) to help with astigmatism (my vision is actually fine)--the vortex effect is visually sharper; that said, my natural inclination seems to be do it without the glasses, perhaps for the reasons you've stated. I also agree it may be helping my vision--I wear my Rx glasses less often since beginning regular sungazing. Peace :-)

  • Dear tvswnet, thank you for sharing and I'm delighted to hear your wins. My understanding is to NOT wear any spec's or lenses when sungazing.

HRM doesn't wear any glasses and he's into his 60+ years. Everyone is different and find what works best for you. I've been doing this for six years now and my eye sight just gets better and better. I'm sure it's also to do with putting in the right foods.

    Happy days, love and LIGHT

    MM

  • aye? No sun screen? It's better to get sun burn?

  • Dear Topgeneral3070, no, not a good idea. How about covering yourself up so you don't get burned? Enjoy

  • @magnusmulliner thought you said don't use sun screen?

  • Correct, I don't wear sunscreen if I can cover up my body when exposed to the sun between 10-2pm. I completed a 125 mile canoe race two weeks ago (non-stop for 36 hrs and 23 min's). I burnt the back of my neck. A colleague (support crew) noticed it and immediately put some SF 50 on the back of my neck. That's the first time in many, many years I've ever used sunscreen. Once I gained the knowledge about the toxic affects of sunscreen in 2004 I've never touched the stuff!

  • I was doing this at sunrise on my porch for 2 months, until the sunrise moved beyond where I could see it from where I can stand, I got to look forward to greeting the sun every morning. I would stand and wait, till the first rays shot through the air below the hill, right at the moment it popped up. Didnt feel any different mentally or physically, but I didnt need as much sleep.

  • Thank you for sharing highhopes2012. It may be that your physical body through some changes over time. I personally found it energising and sometimes relaxing. What I do know is that my eye sight has improved over the last five years. I'm sure this is not just down to sungazing, but it certainly has helped.

Create a great week, with Qi

    Magnus

  • I have a question that I cant find much information about....

I did lasik operation my sigh was -9 and I did the one that they scratch the surface of the cornea to direct the laser. Its been already around 8 months and I have done sungazing for the past two days already and it feels great but I'm still a little scared about how risky could it be for someone that had this operation and wants to still do it.

    Please help!

  • Dear jlopezgraphic, that's a great Q and I'm not qualified to answer your Q! When the sun first rises in the first few min's or just before it sinks, how do you feel? You're the best Dr for you. If you think about it, the sun has been shining on this planet for 4.6 billion years+ If I had the same operations as you, I'd still sungaze. Remember the best advice you can take... is your own.

Have fun and trust me, there's nothing in this world to FEAR.

    Love and light

    Magnus

  • Doesn't elevation have an effect? I mean, if you live at 5000 ft above sea level, doesn't the window of time after sunrise/before sunset shrink? At sea level, the window is 1 hour, but at 5000 ft wouldn't it be less time?

  • Dear file83,

Elevation, O3 (Ozone) layers may well play a factor. This information is new to me, but makes sense what you share.

Q: How do you feel staring at the sun at the above elevation? Find the time period and time duration best works for you. I sometimes stare at the sun outside the above recorded times! My sight is better than it has ever been. I realise it's not just the sungazing that has improved my eye health. Nutrition is key and ones state of mind

    Have fun:-)

    Love and light

    Magnus

  • Very nice!

  • Good video. I sun gaze every morning for 20 minutes, it' amazing.

  • i find that if u look at the sun with your eyes closed it still penetrates your eyelids and feels really great,

  • Another wonderful idea unicron24.

    Thank you for sharing

    Love and light

    Magnus

  • @unicron24 Yep, absolutely, and I think there's still great energy transfer. I do that during the day, when sungazing is not even an option (for me, anyway--gotta be late in the day). If there's fear or nervousness, one shouldn't look directly into it, IMO. Maybe for some, they'll go with eyes closed for quite some time and slowly work into gazing, or maybe sungazing won't be an effective tool for mindbody health for some since one has to embrace it to experience the full healing, really.

  • Where exactly do you focus the eyes when gazing?

  • Dear DandyFluff58,

I focus on the sun directly. Remember last hour setting or first hour rising. You'll notice the 'colour' will change from yellow to black and back... Stay focussed on the centre of our sun, max 10 seconds the first time to practice this, then the next day 20 seconds, next day or time you practice 30 seconds, etc. So increase it by 10 seconds, each time you choose to stare at our sun.

What will that do to the quality of your day? How does it make you feel?

    Have Fun

    Magnus

  • Dear 22complexity, if I understand your Q. NO you should NOT stare at the sun at 2 in the afternoon. Only during the first or last hour it is in the sky. First time you do this 10 sec's, next day 20 sec's, then the next time or day 30 sec's etc.

If you'd like your body to produce enough vitamin D from the sun, then sure spend time outside during midday. In fact at least 60% of your body should be exposed for at least 10-15 min's depending on the colour of your skin.

    Enjoy, love and light

    Magnus

  • @magnusmulliner Thanks for the answer!

  • i started doing this on my own and started finding increase in energy and things seem to be much clearer and its so cool to discover many know this.. youre soi right nthe sun is not there to hurt us... thanks for the upload

  • Dear speedygonzales55mph, it's a pleasure to be in service to you. Create a great loving day.
