play all the time. play to a click track. listen to your favorite music in headphones and play along to it. freestyle jam by yourself, and with other people. you only get worse when you stop playing for extended periods of time without thinking about it

Hey thanks... Yep the Firepod is used for recording.. I have Sonar 6 and Adobe Audition 2.0...

So these tracks were pretty much flat, except effects on the overhead mike... still learning the software... and using Pinnacle Studio for Video. I have 10 and it will not run on my PC so I am using 8... upgrading my PC soon...

Still ryting to figure out how to sync the video with imported audio... pain in the butt..
