No, no movie. She's a generic knock off of the creatures from The Ring and The Grudge. Her name is just a play on words of the movie title Dawn Of The Dead.

There are many different Donna The Dead products/props on the market. You just have a different prop than I do.

@ethancool123 There is a whole line of Donna the dead: One is the lifesize version (this one) one is the floating bride (perhaps yours) other one is the floating head, and another one is the floating possesed girl. They all carry the same name and face but are no the same props they do different things. This one (lifesize is discontinued).
