I'm so glad I went for that MYSTERIOUS STRANGER PERK!!! ROFL I just got that joke! Yeah sweet perk, I didn't want it at first cuz i thought the game would be too easy that way... turns out its frequency is pretty much well engineered, helps VATS the weak mobs often, rarely comes in tougher fights.
