@MsPippy101 lol little do you know that most bakeries use a mix. 90% of bakeries use a mix. If they don't use a mix then they use frozen pre-made cakes from a FACTORY. I worked there for a week. They used a mix. I can make a 'freaking cake without using a mix', but I chose not to 'cause we didn't have all the stuff I needed. And didn't have time to go to the store. The mix was there, in the pantry.
