Also the US army has several Branches. the primary three are ARMY,NAVY,AIR FORCE. The Navy for example can easily lay waste to several developed nations anywhere around the world on its own with little chance of reprisal, its thats strong and efficent. Only Russia is the only real nation capable of even countering the US navy on any terms. The Air force can also easily wipe out most small and medium nations with conventional weapons alone. The US doesn't need nukes to do the job.

Actually there is nothing wrong with training of the US Army, infact its one of the best trained in the world with the most technologicaly advanced weapons at its disposal. Its problem was stupidity in the leadership during the Iraq conflict. With a good leader the US army can lay waste to any conventional army.

Did you know about that? Do you know how many wars were lost - none. We continuously had war practice in Afghanistan in 70-80th, in Chechnya for 10 year already, and I am talking about real combat. That's why Americans was surprised to see how Russians was able to respond to Georgia attack in just one day - deploying 150 tanks, 300 vehicles and 15000 troops all over Georgia from the scratch. Georgians were so scared that they drop their tanks and hammies and flee away. Nobody fucks with Russia.

Plus Russia is a dodgy place to live so boys over there experiencing near combat live already. I do not see limonov's current views as nazi, since he supports freedom. at least he says taht. i don't like putin because he decreased freedom in russia; i seriously hope medvedev will return gubernatorial elections as standard procedure. the OGF have a lot of vastly different members, but they make the logical opposition decision to unite, since the u.r. party is too strong for separate groups. regardless, this parade is awesome. i am glad to see a resurgence of russia's military.

hmm... well theres sort of a reason for that. Russia needed immediate recovery after it's economic crisis. The only way you can speed up the government is by synchronizing it. The only way you can synchronize it is to place your own people in key positions - also to prevent mafia and oligarchs from taking positions as city/regional governors. It's already been done before. Russian's nowadays enjoy many rights, maybe not political, but deffinetly social.

you have logic, but you lack knowledge of facts. russia doesn't see itself as sole victor (unlike usa). if you read any books, you see the terms "ussr" and "red (soviet) army", not "russia" and "russian army." russia isn't perpetuating a cult, nazi dickhole. it is saying facts. you should be grateful for liberation! russia did take a lot of responsibility, and it shouldn't for the rest, as that was a different country with different rulers etc.
