its a skin... like if u make a new sim u can have it instead of d simple 1 u can download it just look on googles... den u just have 2 make ur own clothes (go on ggl as well if u dont know how to make it) and make them transparent... dats it... den just put ur sim into dat skin instead of a simple 1 and giv him the transparent clothes then...
