when i saw this in theaters i got some tears in my eyes when kermit started singing but i was fine, then when the other muppets joined the song i had more tears, but i was still fine, but watching animal tear it up on the drums and watching electric mayhem back together i lost it, 25year old guy crying in the theater lol

when I heard about this coming out, I instantly went to my computer and researched everything to know about the muppets, and once I was in the theatre, I almost wept at this part but felt like I didn't deserve to, as I didn't exist when this was originally a TV show. (hell a little more than a year ago I didn't even KNOW that they had their own show!)

The second time I went to see this, the first showing was sold out, but we managed to grab tickets for the second showing and once we arrived, people who had been wanting to see the second showing discovered it was sold out and when we got into the theatre, I thought, 'No wonder the showings sold out.'

It kinda sucks that the cut out part of the song for the animal scene but I was so excited when he FINALLY started drumming!

And I just can't help but love Sweetums over there on the side, it just tops the scene before the lights come on.
